New unboxed VT9030-120 Neon transformer power supply. This is a plug in model with pull chain for on and off control. Has mounting holes on both ends. Typically used on indoor smaller novelty signs like frame mounted beer signs, or open signs for example. This has been tested and verified. Never has been installed on a sign. It does include paperwork. There is a date code in the serial number somewhere but I do not recall how to read it. I would not be surprised to find it is about 10 years old.
