This is a rare new in box, never opened Tamagotchi Ocean. The plastic has some discoloration, and there is minor damage to the packaging. However, the item has never been removed. Since it is unopened, I am not able to test it to see if it still works or not. However, this is a rare item that is highly sought after by collectors.
