This is a cylinder head I purchased on Ebay years ago for a spare, said to be from a 1978 Spider. The head is flat within 0.0025" worst case measured with in three places with a machinist's straightedge and measures 4.393" thick at the front and 4.3925" thick at the rear. See pictures of thickness measurements. All tapped holes are good except #2 spark plug thread is damaged and needs a helicoil. Plan on a rebuild (surfacing, guides, seats, valves, etc.) to restore top performance. Includes all studs, matching cam caps, 8 valves, 8 sets of springs, spring seats, keepers and retainers. See pictures. If you need the two large 33mm studs that screw into the front of the head let me know and I will throw a couple in with the deal.
